I like all genres of anime. Psychological stories are my favorite as well as fighting. I can watch almost anything but I prefer some over others. I just finished Baki The Grappler which had the best fight scenes I ever saw in any anime. But the anime never had a proper ending and there are many, many mistakes with the story and the art kind of sucks. Its a second rate anime with first class fighting. The ending is in the manga so I would have to read to find out the real ending.
