well lately I've been drinking bottled water with pomegranate crystal light packets in it I've dropped soda all together my teeth no longer hurt from sugar exposure I kinda miss ginger ale but not as much as I love pomegranate juice

My favourite drinks are energy drinks. Are they good for me? Heck no..atleast I dont think o.o but anyway,I still like them. And I usually only have one every other weekend. But anyway what I drink usually is juice or milk. Pretty much anything made around the house actually..if theres no juice and im to lazy to make more,I eiether drink water or milk |

neat thing about those crystal light packets is that I'm basically drinking water I've noticed I've lost a bit of weight drinking the flavored water, doing pushups and walking two miles everyday |

the past week I had to drink kool aid eww shit was all sugary disgusting my teeth feel grimy just from drinking it today glad I've got my crystal light and bottled water back
