Someone I know wants to know the easiest, affordable, and legal way to purchase & download music on to her computer and make a CD of it. I suggested iTunes, but I am not familiar with how that works. Does anyone know if I should tell her to try iTunes, or is there another option available? Also, if anyone's done it before, I'd appreciate some help in the matter so I can explain to her later. Thanks. ^_^ -Jessy |

Well if she wants something legal and feel like still paying for music then get something like Limewire Pro or Bear Share Pro. You still have to pay for it and by law they are legal programs for downloading free music. They usually cost around $24. |

I used to use gomusicnow.com Back when I used it every song was 15 cents, but now every song is only 9 cents. Also some record labels offer torrents for their artists work. An example of this would be how Alfa Matrix released "First Moment" for Front 242 which was two tracks from their album "Moments". The only reason I stopped using it was because I prefer to physically own music, the service was great. Edited by SamuraiDude216, Jul 21 2009, 06:30 PM.
