I just ate an awesome sandwich 2 thin slices of philly steak, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, 1 slice of cheese, 2 leaves of lettuce, mustard, an ounce of roast beef and an ounce of smoke ham all of that on light wheat bread 370 calories of awesome (I is be counting calories to lose weight) |

I had some beef ramen with eggs. Nothing special but the egg does absorb lots of the flavor so its a flavorful surprise at the end. |

  First off its on Parmesan and Herb bread which is awesome especially with the Mustard I put on it The cheeses on it are Muenster, Colby Jack, Pepper Jack and Provolone The meats on it are Roast Beef, Oven Roasted Turkey, Honey Roasted Turkey, Ham, Pepperoni and Salami |
