Ah the heart attack sandwich. you bite into and heart rate speeds up, next bite your left side goes numb, eat it too fast your in the hospital. It was a great concept baking the syrup into the pancake then covering it with grease, sausage, and cheese. The levels of cholesterol that it has are dangerously high. If you already had a heart attack before you ate one it could kill you. I think the newer ones cut back on some of the grease. The first mcgriddles were killers. my favorite breakfast is one of those omelettes from IHOP with a stack of pancakes. Nothing better than an omlette stuffed with steak and cheese in the morning. I can settle for my waffle sandwiches any day though. they are good for when you have to little time to eat. And people look at you funny if you eat a waffle sandwich on the train. |
